IV (Investible Ventures, LLC) was formally formed in 2019 following years of consulting on an ad hoc basis for companies and investors seeking bespoke private equity transaction modeling.

We work with clients located around the world. IV is based in Florida’s Gulf Coast.

About Marguerite, IV Founder

I’m Marguerite, Founder of IV. I’m a New York City expat, currently residing in the Tampa Bay area in Florida.

My background is in investment banking and private equity partnership structuring and investment analysis.

Over the past two decades, I have modeled and participated in the partnership structuring and fundraising of over one billion dollars in invested capital.

Previously registered FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent and Series 7 General Securities Representative.

Investment banking background with a specialization in REITs and private real estate companies.

Master’s degree in real estate finance and investment from New York University.

Extensive experience with private equity investment vehicles, interpreting term sheets and partnership agreements, and transaction modeling.

Former adjunct financial modeling and investment analysis instructor to master’s degree candidates.

For fun, I code scripts, automations, and web APIs in Python, day trade futures, paddle board in the Gulf Coast, and travel.
