About IV

After many years of ad hoc financial modeling consulting, I formalized IV (Investible Ventures, LLC) in 2019. Since then, I have assisted my clients, whose valuations range from $0 to $60m+, in preparing for and succeeding in recapitalizations and fundraising from friends and family, venture capital investors, and private equity investors.

I have helped many brand new, growing, and established startups and SMBs, and their attorneys and accountants, sort out everything from simple cap table models, to exit term sheet waterfalls, large scale Carta buildouts, Quality of Earnings (QoE) review due diligence, and more.

My Background

My background is in investment banking and private equity partnership structuring and investment analysis.

I am a previously registered FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent and Series 7 General Securities Representative.

I began my career in investment banking specializing in REITs and private real estate companies, and have a Master’s degree in real estate finance and investment from NYU.

I taught financial modeling and investment analysis at the graduate level, as an adjunct, for about six years.

The through-line? Lots of experience with private equity investment vehicles, many years of interpreting term sheets and partnership agreements, and countless hours of efficiently and accurately converting it all into concise and effective models and investment memoranda.

In my spare time I code scripts, automations, and web APIs in Python, day trade futures, paddle board in the Gulf Coast, and travel.
